    One of the cops heart stopped on the way to the hospital, but he was revived and was in a coma for over a week(I think his femoral artery was severed along with other gunshot wounds). They both survived. The guy that they were trying to arrest drove himself to the hospital(he had multiple injuries including a bullet lodged in his head) where he was eventually arrested.

    This actually happened last November, but the footage was just released.

    I just watched this earlier today.....What was the little pip squeak cop doing? How did they not get this little skinny black dude cuffed? That other cop almost died because of the little fuking state trooper not being able to do his fuking job...It’s crazy to me if you watch it again...How the Fuk can they not get this guy cuffed?

    Northampton County prosecutors released it to The Morning Call and other media on Thursday, six weeks after they used it to win Daniel K. Clary’s conviction for the attempted murder Nov. 7, 2017, of two law enforcement officers.

    The video was recorded from the cruiser of Trooper Ryan Seiple, who pulled Clary over for speeding last year in Plainfield Township.
    It captured the entire encounter between Clary and police, including the moments in which he opened fire, grievously wounding Cpl. Seth Kelly, who nearly died from gunshot wounds that included a severed femoral artery.

    cops should have had a gun on him right after his first attempt to resist failed.

    Thats what all this BLAcK lives matter movement creates - a fear to use your gun in appropriate situation, just because you may lose your job over social media screaming a cop shot a black guy.

    The problem in today's society is that once that happens fukkstains decide that police are out of hand. It should be if you don't listen to the cops and present any danger, you can get shot. People want all the respect in the world without giving any.

    I thought I heard one cop yelling "my gun, my gun" but the perp does go around and reach into his car.

    How that happened with two officers having him on the ground right before that is beyond me. They are blowing their budgets on shit and not training the officers.

    I hope they learn from this.

    Most likely the smaller cop, I believe I read an article that said he had no injuries. He bailed quick when the gun came out, probably unloaded on the rear window. The bigger cop clearly was shot multiple times and is the one that arrived to the hospytal clinically dead.
