    It’s a 2 storey home

    Just needs a little renovations in the basement before i can rent it out

    Renting out homes is the way to go as nobody can afford to buy a home and live in it in Toronto. People pay $3,000 a month for rent. It will pay off my mortgage. In a few years I will be able to get approved for credit and then I will
    Buy another home. I will continually keep flipping homes and posting plays do not worry.
