    strict enough.... they always blame everything outside/around chicago for being the source of the guns used by the shooters.....

    proof positive that gun laws don't work, imho

    been 10 years now that handguns have been allowed, we also have concealed carry.

    fact is places like New York and California, Jersey, DC, Boston have stricter laws
