Smells like sweaty ass. Gives you the shits because the chicken has been sitting at room temperature for 12 hours.

My ex-wife was from the Caribbean and her mom made great Indian food. Curry Shrimp, Curry Chicken, Daal with chick peas. This thing they have in Trinidad called "Bake n Shark" was amazing.

I had no idea how good putting Tamarind on stuff was before I tried it.

Indian food is unreal. I prefer it in winter as going out for Indian in the summer can lead to some heavy sweating which isn't nice if you're trying to impress someone!

And Jake's "Don't worry about eating, worry about shitting" isn't meant to be about bad food giving you the shits (find a new place!) it's in regards to how hot the food can be, an extra hot curry is a 'ring stinger' the next day ha!

Butter Chicken has turned into a New Zealand dish it feels like in the last ten years, garlic narn to go with it, beautiful!
