Honestly though, who wants to spend more than their allotted time on this planet? I believe in a healthy lifestyle to extend life to a degree, but more so to simply improve quality of life. When it's time for that curtain call, exit stage left.

If given the chance to live to 200, I'd pass in a heartbeat. I'm not suicidal but I don't fear death. I believe life in this realm, and inhabiting this body, is just a chapter in the infinite novel of existence. When this chapter concludes, on to the next one. No need to reread.

Besides, it's not like you'd be spending those 200 years (or whatever number) in the absolute prime of human experience. You'd just be some artificially augmented senior citizen for a good majority of your time. You can cheat death, but you can't conquer it, nor would I want to.

I'm not even sure what this means... and I'm even less sure where you pulled the 85% from. What numbers did you go about crunching to arrive at 85 percent?

    It's a complicated formula.

Essentially each letter has a # corresponding to it (it's super secret though and only revealed to some).

You take the total and divide it by your age and the % change you go to heaven is accurate within +/- 50%

G = General Spiritual Well Being
O = Ordinary behavior towards humans and animals
D = Deeds towards family (good vs. bad)
I = Incidents of kindness vs. harm
S = Societal benefit to your actions
    F = Friends who you've helped regain their faith/path
A = Acts of charity to strangers
K = Keeping the sabbath holy
E = Everything else religions make up to complete their own formula to keep people believing that grandma is watching them, except when they're jerkin it or banging that 7 who turns into a 2 in the morning.

Me neither. I honestly do not understand why some people fear death. I can understand people not wanting to die as they are the only ones that bring in the income to the family, but I don't understand people being scared of death itself. Death is as natural as breathing.

Many great men and women throughout history have embraced death with open arms. When my time comes, I will also embrace it with open arms.

Spoken like a man with Pac as his avatar. I think it's a shame he died so young though. He had a wealth of wisdom beyond his years. I believe he could have made an excellent politician but probably would've never been allowed to assume any office of consequence because he held too much sway over the masses and spoke too many unsettling truths.

That would be something if true.. I remember years ago they said the anti aging chemical in red wine called resveratrol worked.. That was a load of shiiit.. I drink red wine every night and I'm not getting any younger..

Everybody including me would love to find the fountain of youth and reverse or slow down the aging process.. Getting old physically sucks!!!!

Best drugs out there illegally are HGH and Testosterone shots... I'll keep an eye on this study link you provided though... Thanks BIGbusiness for sharing..

Down side to this is that we would really experience world over population in a hurry if legit though...
