Come on. Who do you trust, me, or a Book that's takes advantage of a shabby rule made from flawed software. Then, after sending the proof of their error, I get the hard-nosed decision, one as bad as any Book could drum up against a [former] solid client.
So, I hit Bovada with good hit on Trump being elected, and now, soon afterwards, the evidence says to me, you'll not get a break from us.

This happened months ago, when they stated firmly, "We no not cancel mistaken wagers--or any wagers."
Evidently, not even if it's their software mistake is what they tried selling to me?

No, they never admitted the mistaken wager of mine was initiated from their software error, yet, I still got the same knock-out decision.

I even sent the proof with a photo and they [if I recall], said yes, that particular gig should have never been offered. Yet it was, so I bought a 1/2 point on a football game that they claimed later, was not legitimate because they do not sell 1/2 points on "certain-numbers." In this case, it was +6.

Again, there it was and I bought the 1/2 point [with the juice included]. No, there was no edge for me and I paid the extra juice for the, now processing, +6 1/2 points. Well, there was a catch to buying that so-called, forbidden x-tra point, I never even got it once it was processed, instead, got the same number +6, originally posted . Still +6 and [*I paid the juice for the extra 1/2 point I never even got].
Process that thought for a minute.

As soon as I saw what happened, I called and complained about the 1/2 point I PAID FOR, YET NEVER GOT!
Me, believing this is a major Book and would not even think twice of, either; giving the client the 1/2 point he paid for, or the other, cancel this flawed wager because of their software error.

What was Bovada's concrete decision.... and without mercy; "WE DO NOT CANCEL PROCESSED WAGERS...EVER!"
They would not bend, no once bit. So, asap, I wagered the rest of my funds and lost, of course [jinxed?], and never looked back at Bovada.

*So, the conclusion; I was stuck with a wager I never even wanted, +6--even though my sent photo proved them 100% wrong with their software? And of course, it lost.
** Do they really stick that rule to "all-their members? We do not cancel any wagers!

That's the question I ask of Bovada member's?
