Good i hope he got tried as an adult. Attempted murder i think one of the charges should be. I am pretty sure there was a guy that was in a coma or something or even died or was brain dead when he fell he hit his head if i remember it was a college kid and a black kid came up behind him and did it.

An afternoon neighborly dispute ended with two people shot dead and a third person airlifted to a trauma center, Miami-Dade police said Sunday.
Cops say the violence occurred around 5:40 p.m. Saturday at 22650 SW 274th St. Investigators say "two neighbors were involved in a dispute ... firearms were produced and shots were fired."
The identities of the dead men, white males ages 78 and 35, haven't been released.

It is not the first time he got into trouble with a gun. Warren police arrested Zeigler for shooting at a car in a road rage incident on I-696. It happened in 2004.
It was more directed towards Bankers fear of the neighbors. Never know which one might be a tough guy/psycho/guy with anger issues/racist/or mentally disturbed guy who happens to have a gun.

Cop should be fired immediately and charged with several crimes including attempted murder. Kicking a defenseless person in the head is not something a sworn officer of the law should do. It shows he is a coward and not fit for the job. Also shows an extreme lack of intelligence. Cell phones are everywhere and he should've known better. Until the so called "good" police start outing and eliminating the bad cops, they are all pieces of shit and when they get killed in the line of duty I couldn't care less.
The MI firefighter should have lost gun ownership rights after the road rage shooting arrest.
