    Vegan...how do you eat meat? Think about it. You're eating dead decomposing flesh that belonged to a beautiful murdered creature. You're taking on that horrible energy when you ingest his murdered corpse. You're also contributing to the destruction of the environment.
    I know that standard mindless comeback is "Where do you get your protein?".

    When I'm in shape I'm as strong as they come. Protein can be found in thousands of vegan/veg sources including powders. I take a sublingual B-12 to be on the safe side.

    It is proven vegetarians live longer and don’t have as much cancer I was for a while but it was too difficult

    I'm off red meat for the most part. Cold cuts and bread off the list as well but I eat chicken, eggs and fish.

    Isn't that a contradiction? Veggies are mostly carbs. Also beans, oats, whole grains, etc. Saying to avoid that is not good advice, generally speaking. Carbs have unfairly gotten a bad name. You need carbs.
