    Where were these teachers when I was in high school.

    Truhfully, after banging a student or two, students at my old school would brag and let the secret out, getting the teacher in trouble and taking her out of "circulation."

    The intent makes sense but serves no purpose in reality. While you would want to discourage this from happening,by having jail tme it is essentially a punishment for nothing. Two legal adults. She should be fired.....END OF STORY. 99% of the times this happens the high school kid will be underage. So in that instance arrest them. For the rare time they are actually an adult, fire them and move on. It will be on her record and she will presumably never teach again.

    From a legal perspective that law may be unconstitutional. If she were a prison employee it would be a different story but the 18 year old can sign himself in and out of school.

    fuk this, what is to keep us from re-enrolling in high school?

    state education department's record keepin is usually in shambles, it'd take em at least a month to figure out we'd already rec'd diplomas, and by that time we could've fukked at least 2-3 of the hot ones, and a dozen or two of the skaggs.....

    and shit, most sbr'ers probably dropped out anyway, so they'd be legitimate students
