What's Your Best way of Preparing Lobster Tails

Going to visit the family for Christmas Eve and bringing some crab legs to steam for our Christmas Eve dinner of seafood (and I had some beautiful cutlets that were cut just right that I was going to fry up before dinner just as an appetizer ). I decided to splurge a little (and they were on sale) and bought some cold water lobster tails to go with the crab legs. Never prepared lobster tails and was wondering if anyone has a preferred method of preparing them to share. I'm considering broiling them since the crab legs will be going in the steamer and it'd save time not having to wait to steam them after the crab legs, but you can also easily mess them up if you're not careful with the broiler.
