    What Does It Mean when Someone Says “Sending My Thoughts”?

    Does not make sense to me

    Prayers mean you are praying for them

    But if someone says sending my thoughts to them, how does that even matter?

    Why are thoughts any less significant than prayers? Think it same thing just what folks who don't believe in prayer say. Nice to let someone know you thinking about them and wishing them well.

    I sent my thoughts to a friend that recently lost his dog

    I ended up thinking threw a brilliant night of capping mlb that night

    he made a killing

    he took my thoughts and turned it into a 5-1 night winning 4.3 units

    So you can figure out that "prayers" mean you're "praying" for someone but can't figure out "thoughts" mean you're "thinking" of someone?
