    Over eater

Do any SRR members have an opinion on this?

I have a problem with over eating. I get bloated and feel like s _ _ t, then beat myself up for the lack of discipline.

Was thinking of JUST A WEIGHT-GAIN DRINK; no more solids.

It sounds crazy, but think about it.

Each drinks contains about 800 calories. Three or four per day should suffice.

The drink is complete with vitamins, fat calories, protein, minerals and amino acids.

Was wondering if a negative physical reaction would occur, say, after 5 days.

The metabolism doesn't know, right, if the calories are coming from ice cream and pasta or whatever.

I guess the diet could be called an almost "permanent fast."

Is this a viable, healthy option?

Just keep on eating more. Everybody in this country is fat. It's not normal to be skinny. Today I saw a woman and I swear she had to weigh around 900 pounds.

It can be difficult these days, but try to get your nutrients from fresh, real food. Not some shit made in a factory.

    There can be a difference.

    Supplements are just that...supplements.

    Good Luck

I can't speak from experience but in general
what you're thinking of is not a solution at all
and will make you feel angry and tired.

Just start by cutting down the food. No reason to replace it
with a drink like that. Also perhaps just take some fiber like Metamucil.
You have to shrink your stomach. It will growl and complain but that
goes away as it becomes smaller, it gets used to it.
Walk it down, don't run it down.
Stop all eating at least 3 hours before bedtime!

Eat as many fresh vegatables as you can. Don't eat white bread or added sugar. Eat lean meats and nuts. The processed carbs and sugar trick your brain into thinking you need to eat more, hence then you feel like shit.
