    How Do You Lose Weight In Summer With All the Beers, BBQ's and Cold Snacks?

    I find it hard so i dont try and just wear a t shirt in the pool

    Ketogenic diet is what did it for me. Lost so much weight, very quickly. Please feel free to reach out if you care to learn more about the science behind it. I'm fairly knowledgable on the subject, so I would be happy to share.

    Heat and sweating curbs the appetite.
    The hotter and more humid the better.
    T shirt in the pool is a no win.
    Better to look like an elephant than try to hide it with a t-shirt while swimming. Not a good look. Seaweed you are sharper than that.

    Seaweed , other option is to strip bare naked. No underwear, no socks for sleeping, not even a hat.
    Then stay that way the entire time you are in your house for the next week.
    When you walk you can actually see your fat rolls moving. Then when you sit down for a meal; your fat gut overhangs your member and you start to feel disgusted with your body and your situation in life. It helps to have a few full length mirrors around the house. So, you become so disgusted with your appearance you are on a celery and water cleanse for a week. Soon the pounds will start to melt off while you haven't put on a thread of clothing.

    No you force your body to use fat stores for energy instead of glycogen. Any deficit you have comes from fat

    Not to mention it kills your appetite, stops insulin and hunger spikes.

    Can get on keto and keto recipes on Reddit and you will see pictures and be blown away. Actually put on kids with epilepsy to and it stops seizures by over 85%

    Seaweed, you need to not feed the pie hole and move your fat ass so that calories in < calories out. It's that simple. Put down the cookies, the pies, and a low carb diet does help. Also don't wear clothes when you are eating a meal. Makes you not want the 2nd and 4th helping.

    Serious seaweed, I've always lost lbs. in the hot months and packed on the weight in the winter. I've done this for years. I believe it has to do with the circadian rhythm and sunlight and biorhythms. I can't understand adding weight in the hot humid condition. But it does happen. Also in play is the stress, anxiety, social environment, BBQ tastiness, beer quality, loneliness factor, desperation factor, bankroll, age, future outlook, daddy's bankroll, mommys love, internal fortitude, etc.
    good luck seaweed with the rest of the season. Keep us posted. Take off socks when sleeping.... it burns more calories
