    Need opinion pet sitting

I went away for 3 days and had someone feed animals wednesday n thursday. Told him 4 cans on counter..2 cans for each day. I return Friday and see 2 cans still on counter. Basically he fed them one can each day or forget a day. My luck when u hire a schmuck. Was supposed to be 40.00. Job clearly not done. What would you do about this. Serious replies.

You're gonna have to pay the pet sitter. Maybe they misunderstood the instructions. You can't prove that they skipped a day. Just pay them the $40, but don't ever hire them again.

just break the $40 into how many cans you had and pay him for the cans he did feed. Whether he forgot or misunderstood isn't relevant, he didn't do the job.

The only way to find out is ASK! Sounds like you already paid him. Call him up and ask why there were 2 cans left.

I know with my animals, they don't eat the food if they don't like it or are slow to eat it. He might've came to feed them but there was still food in the dish. You won't know unless you ask.

He got you to pay $25/$40 and you're calling him a schmuck

Guy fed your dumb cats two cans the night you left and never went over either Wed or Thurs and talked you into paying him $25

I am concerned you may be overfeeding.
You do realize the recommended daily allowance on the can
    is overstated for sales purposes.
The only dogs that can eat as much as manufacturers recommend
are working dogs who work all day.
