    Playboy model sentenced for body-shaming woman at the gym

    The Playboy model that posted a naked photo of a 71-year-old woman at the gym has been sentenced to a month’s graffiti removal in LA.

    Dani Mathers, 29, sparked outrage last year after posting a photo of the elderly woman in the shower area with the caption: “If I can’t unsee this then you can’t either.”


    Dani did attempt to apologise, saying on Snapchat: “That was absolutely wrong and not what I meant to do. I know that body-shaming is wrong. That is not the type of person I am.”
    She claimed she had meant to send the photo privately rather than posting it on her public Snapchat story.
    The model, who was named Playboy’s 2015 Playmate of the Year, pleaded not guilty to invasion of privacy in November and was facing a potential six-month prison sentence as well as a $1000 fine.
