    Having read Wilt Chamberlain's Official Scoreboard Tally book years ago, I feel qualified to answer:

    You get official credit for one... UNLESS, you also go pooper... in which case it definitely counts as two (you get "prison pussy pooper" credit due to the 2 heads, as the cons in The Yard would respect the derring-do of it all).

    Wilt mentioned just throat-fukkin counts as zero notches -- he wrote that was akin to putting in a slam dunk over Tiny Nate Archibald after time expired. Not impressive, doesn't count.
