    How much do you weigh and what is your goal for 2017

    Im down to 255, what about you?

    No goals here, whatever happens happens. When people make goals they go gung ho sometimes and then cant accomplish anything.
    When you decide your going to do something, it takes weeks and months to become a real habit.
    The best thing to do is go to slow. If you think your doing something wrong or need to improve in a certain area. Think about it, even write it down and drill it in your head, stare yourself down in the mirror or do whatever you need to do.


    The best thing to do is drink water and to take more vitamins and minerals. Do superslow weight training and enough with the cross fit junk or commercialized things that do nothing but try to take your money.

    Check out the vids of dr joel wallach of dead doctors dont like, peter glidden and david wolfe.

    5-11 160 pounds. Goal is to reach 170 pounds and maintain between 170 and 175 pounds.

    I lose weight when i stop going to the gym. Haven't been to the gym during most 2016 because two busy with a toddler and an infant and work. Lost 170 pounds. Still looking fit but not as strong and lost some muscles....

    This is true. If I've been slacking off at the gym, a good tan will go a long way toward making you feel and look better.
