    America getting fatter and less educated I see by the day..

    If you must eat fast food for breakfast get an egg Mcmuffen at McDonalds, peel off some of the yellow cheese on edges... The Egg Mcmuffin's aren't as bad for you as alot of these other breakfast biscuits and still tastes pretty damn good... Once in a blue moon I'll slam a bunch of these down my throat when on move and starving for breakfast.. These will still get you fat though..
