well, well, well.... we have a criminal admitting to his crimes right here on sbr.... I plan to report you immediately (for this back door illegal interstate sale of weed to states in which the product is illegal) unless you immediately send me 2 pounds of your best shit!

First off, it's a totally legal business and my stake in the business is well documented and above board so I have nothing to hide. What I've stated above is readily acknowledged by all- even by many lawmakers and law enforcement. With the government fees and licenses- boardering around $250,000 a year for a single location- and not being able to deduct normal business expenses on our federal returns, this has become the only way to keep our heads above water and show a return on our investment. And regarding sending you my current stock of Lemon OG Kush, stop by and I'll vape a bowl with you while I carry you back out to your car...........LOL

I have no idea what Trump may or may not do. I have followed him closely, and cannot recall him ever making any opinion known. If he did I missed it. He may leave it all alone - at the very least I would say it is very far down the list if he ever wants to do anything about it. Maybe a second term thing... but my gut tells me he will not want to draw it all back - far too unpopular and he is a populist

I had someone do some research on this subject and it appears to most of us he will be "unkind" to legalization........and Pence (V.P.) is strongly against it too and he will be VERY active in the administration. See the below quote below from Trump:

It’s almost more difficult to predict what Trump would do in terms of recreational cannabis. Though his most recent comments on the issue were not kind to Colorado — he told Fox’s Sean Hannity in March that “they’ve got a lot of problems going on right now” — he’s also been careful to espouse states’ rights, prefacing that comment with, “If they vote for it, they vote for it.” Would an elected Trump send the DEA in to shut it all down? Doesn’t seem likely, given his professed respect for state’s rights, but his criticisms of state-level legalization experiments aren’t exactly reassuring.

I really do think he would leave it up to the states. But that does leave some unfinished business regarding the status on the federal level.

It really does need to come off the list of banned substances on the FDA if businesses are to use the banking system.

So I think at worst, Trump does nothing. At best, he "de-criminalizes" pot from the fed level. Who knows... I would not get too worked up over it.

On the upside... if Trump decides that pot should be a state issue entirely, I think he may follow suit with online gambling and let the banking system freely transact with offshore books.

Each industry is a bit different, and typically it has plenty to do with special interests. Both Dems and Republicans have traditionally helped to keep online gambling very difficult because the land based casinos (and local bookmakers) make it profitable for them to keep it that way.

Trump is a wildcard. I hope he will not make deals in that way... that would be in contrast to how he campaigned. Time will tell.
