    Have You Noticed Kids Under 15 Are More and More Overweight? Why?

    I look around and these kids are out of shape

    Cant run 2 laps

    1950-2000 kids were not like that

    More technology instead of physical activity. Also more variety of junk food, way more flavors for chips, cookies, candy etc. I would of weighed 3 bills if they had all these flavors of junk food when I was coming up.

    companies want people to be over weight. then they have to pay for cholesterol and diabetes medicine while having to buy more technology because they can't move. then they can charge everyone way more for health care.

    first they wanted all kids inside, "dont let your kids out of your sight, they cant go anywhere on their own", kidnappings, molesters, etc.

    so kids stayed inside, entertained themselves, never complained and everything was cool. computers and video games. now they want everyone back at the park and at risk i guess.

    It's cause parents just allow their kids to eat a bunch of junk. Also, kids don't ever go outside and play anymore. They just sit inside and play video games.

    yep. i have a nephew 15. yrs. old. 80-90 lbs overweight, but tall. 6'3"

    no reason for it. outweighs me by 100 lbs. sad.

    Doesn't help that due to budget cuts, most schools have discontinued field trips and organized athletic programs. The fitness level of the average kid these days is pathetic.

    electronics (tv, video games, computers, ipads, etc) keep kids on the couch instead of running around
    foods & drinks junk food, fast food, sweets, sodas & processed food is too common and in most of their daily diets, crazy amounts of sugar
    parents some uneducated, some lazy, but many do not teach their kids about a normal or healthy diet
