    Alton Sterling/Baton Rouge Poll

    Based on the following video do you think Sterling was murdered or it was justifiable homicide? Pay attention to the :28 mark. The grip of the gun is visible/hanging out of his pocket, the cop doesn't reach all the way in to find it.

    In all these cases of police shootings. All the suspects are resisting arrest.
