Love it. Pita chips are best with it, but I try and go low-carb, so things like tortilla chips and carrots work good too. If I go to a kabob place, I get a side of it and spread it on the steak/lamb.

Hummus is awesome...pita bread, pita chips are best with it...but like others said, you can use veggies, crackers, pretzels, etc. just about anything...roasted red pepper and garlic are my favorites!...

Like Jaker, Ralphie, Greaser, Gummo, Manster and Dogger said - hummus is the bomb. It's packed with a ton of vitamins and good fats.
It's also super easy to make yourself at home. My favorite is with sun-dried tomatoes and basil.

I like making it myself. Just throw the ingredients in a food processor (or even a blender) and blend it up. You choose what to put in like sun dried tomatoes, olives, etc.

With baby carrots is my normal snack throughout the day. Wife makes it at home, usually with dried pepper mixture that's ground up, which is really spicy and then tops it with chopped toppings.

If you think plain old hommas is good, you should try baba ganoush.

Sabra has a good one with pine nuts. Not enough pine nuts so add your own.

I've had Sabra. Gross to me. I haven't ventured to make my own. I'm just talking about local mediterranean restaurants.

Right, they are still good for you? I just started reading that some of the processed stuff get pasteurized and its not that good anymore.

My recipe for hummus deliciousness is a couple of local mediteranean joints. Warm hummus with oil and all the spices. Yum!
