    99% of the Wagyu sold in the United States is not legit Kobe Wagyu.

    If it is only $29 a pound it is not real.

    Legit Wagyu about $50-70/lb depending on cut.

    And if you had your hands on real Waygu, you'd never make a prime rib out of it, it would be a complete waste.

    Mo's right, you couldn't even get Waygu butthole for $29/lb.

    Considering legit A5 kobe is anywhere from $40-$50 an oz at a restaurant, you can be assured the $29/lb is about as real as jj's hair.
