    Open challenge to sbr posters. About water

    I want everyone on sbr to drink 2 to 3 liters of water when they wakeup tommorrow. The last 32 ounces being warm water with lemon and sea salt and then don't eat or drink anything else for an hour.

    Then drink 2 glasses of water before and after each meal that day. You can also put cayenne pepper in it.

    You don't have too. Just a challenge to see what it does for you. Do it saturday and sunday as well..

    Fuk that. Just try to drink more water in general. Add some those Powerade zero calorie flavor enhancers to a water bottle and you're good.

    Lol.. Dude I don't want to be pissing all night long.. Don't need to lose weight, need to maintain muscle mass as I get older.. Got any tricks for that besides steroid cycles?

    You wanna lose weight fast here's the trick - cardio twice a day, morning and evening. Swim, bike, run or even walk for an hour if you're a fat slob, mix it up.. Treadmill or stationary bike will work also if you don't like to leave the house and want to watch sport games on tv while you work out....

    Diet - High PROTEIN, very little carbs with every meal. You get hungry in between meals you eat raw veggies with low cal ranch/veggie dip.. Drink apple cider vinegar diluted in water with every meal, take Anavar oral daily (6 weeks), Creatine and Tribulus fuel by twin labs daily in a protein shake helps too.....

    Fat will disappear at alarming rates and muscle growth will happen.. That's all you have to do.. Not that hard...

    I drink a full glass of water twice a day with half a lemon squeezed in it. My urologist told me to do this to keep kidney stones away. So far so good!

    Here's a good weight loss method. Try eating less! Not better foods or avoiding carbs, JUST. EAT. LESS. I've heard it works pretty well!

    Weight loss is easy in theory

    The key ingredients are hard work and discipline, which is why 95% of fat people fail at losing weight. They got fat because they don't work hard enough in the gym, nor do they have a disciplined diet. Easy concept

    You can add lemons and peppers and salt to your water all day long, but you'll still be fat at the end of the day

    Only person I'd take advice from on losing weight is Bigday

    The problem is most of us are addicted to sugar, specifically refined sugar. Gobble that shit up, slurping down cokes, eating two or three portions for desserts, with massive amounts of carbs at each meal, and hardly any protein.
