I want everyone on sbr to drink 2 to 3 liters of water when they wakeup tommorrow. The last 32 ounces being warm water with lemon and sea salt and then don't eat or drink anything else for an hour.
Then drink 2 glasses of water before and after each meal that day. You can also put cayenne pepper in it.
