    Good God, what an incompetent group of out of shape degenerate roosterlicking pricklickers

    They had 4 officers and on scene and cannot get the kid pulled through the seat belt and hand cuffed

    That was like watching a retard try to solve a rubiks cube

    They never got him handcuffed
