Jared Fogle’s humiliated wife of five years wants a divorce, she announced Wednesday as it was revealed that her husband is an admitted child sex pervert.
Katie McLaughlin said she was “in the process of seeking a dissolution” of the marriage.

I gotta laugh out loud at all the people saying "oh Jared has a sickness"...even his lawyer has said this.. No, Jared doesnt have a "sickness". Jared is a horny middle aged guy that likes teenage girls. That describes quite a few male high school teachers that I know. I hear them talk all the time about "aw man this girl in my class is so fn hot dude, man if i wasnt her teacher i'd totally bang her bro"...I hear this crap all the time. It doesnt bother me because I sure cant tell the difference when I go to the pool whether a girl is 16 or 22. I was just there last month and I saw literally one of the best butts I have ever seen in my life. This girl had the butt of a 22 yr old. But if you saw her in the face, she looked like she couldnt have been older than 15. But still, I can appreciate a fine looking woman regardless of age. Civilization before 1850- in all cultures - people got married when they were 13-16. Mary was said to be 14-16 - the mother of Jesus. So this age thing is completely bogus. Society has created "victims" thru age laws where there should be no victims at all. If Jared wants to pay a 16 yr old for sex, and they do it - so be it.
My thoughts are was he was probably trying to bang these 16 and 17 yr old girls because he missed out on all of that in high school when he was a fat penetrate and nobody would even touch him. But please, he's not "sick". He's a man. A horny man that likes teenage ass. If he was trying to bang 8 yr olds, ok that would be sick and be a mental disease. But he's trying to bang girls that in some states are legal anyway.

You make valid points Plaza, but his decision to just not sacrifice a couple of years for an 18 year old, with all that is at risk, it makes you wonder about his mental state. One never knows...he gets away with 16, maybe he goes for a little younger next time, and so on.

Girls can and do trick you with how old they look no doubt about that, mature faster. Jared was in another realm, he confessed to victimizing as young as 6 years of age, not sure what that entails, pics or what but he was on another level. In my state the girl can be 16 I think for consent, thing that goes on here though is lately quite a few teachers have been getting busted and I dont think it matters if she's a little older than 16, think there may be a law saying a teacher cant be with them, one not long ago was busted then waited till she turned 18 and they got married he was like 38.

That, according to court documents, was Jared Fogle's request in November 2012 to a 17-year-old prostitute.
Fogle had just paid her for sex at the storied Plaza Hotel in New York, across from Central Park. He wanted more. A girl even younger than 17.
Fogle's desires, however, went well beyond sex with underage girls. He also had a taste for child pornography, court records show, a depravity extending to kids as young as 6 engaging in sexual activity.
Some of it was commercial pornography made outside the United States. But some of it was secretly recorded in the home of the man who headed Fogle's charitable foundation — of children Fogle knew.
Those were only some of the sordid details of Fogle's secret life revealed in federal court documents filed Wednesday, part of a devastating criminal case against the former Subway restaurant pitchman.
Fogle, 37, the father of two children younger than 5, was charged with distribution and receipt of child pornography and traveling to engage in illicit sexual conduct with a minor, crimes that will land him in prison for at least five years and possibly much longer. As part of a plea deal, federal prosecutors said they will not ask for more than 12 1/2 years, but a final decision is up to a judge, who could sentence Fogle to as much as 50 years.
In court Wednesday before Magistrate Judge Mark Dinsmore, Fogle remained mostly silent. He hung his head, nervously clasped and unclasped his hands, and answered the judge's yes-and-no questions in hushed tones.
