Live from cnn in baltimore: Fuk the police!!!!!

HOW nice to tune into CNN to catch up on the days events only to here some pure-d hood niqqa yelling out, right into the camera, on national tv, "FUK THE POLICE!!! FUK THE POLICE!!!!"

I can only assume that, pursuant to the standard the FCC set after we got a glimpse of janet jackson's right tit via justin timberlake's sly move, that CNN faces a substantial fine...........

He ran from a couple bicycle cops and they chased him and took him down and somehow his neck got broken. I seen the video of them loading him into the van and he was already obviously injured. He was in pain and his feet were dragging behind him and he couldn't walk.

Feel bad for the man that got his spine severed...had to suck. That being said....another injury that could have ben averted by merely not fleeing. They didn't shoot this guy fortunately....went hands on to make the arrest but the facts are still the facts people...stop running from and fighting police. Play dumb games win dumb prizes. Simple as that.

Even the two black police bosses who have addressed the media on the fact that he was tackled and claimed injury says daily this is the tactics in the inner city...commit a crime, get pursued , run until caught then suddenly can't breath or can't walk etc and scream to bring attention to the arrest. So the cops did their job here...at first the man said 'yo get off me yo...i can;t breath yo...need my asthma inhaler bro, I got asthma yo'....so he was talking just fine (means breathing just fine) and then once they picked him up is when he complained about his neck injury. So I'm sure he got taken down hard and the injury was made worse in the ensuing resisting of being cuffed and the being raised up to his feet. But there was clearly no beating, brutality, and racial terror involved here by these cops. The guy did have a knife, still wasn't shot so another example of police restraint here. Even picked him up nicely vs one guy grabs hands other grabs legs...slam his head in the truck and toss him in. He was handled very respectfully. No criminal charges in this case I don't think.

If some jackass runs a red light, hits my car, and I get a broken arm as a result. Is it wrong 5 years down the road to tell someone that the reason why I can't throw a baseball right is because I broke my arm? Or do I have to go into a whole detailed story about it?

As far as the guy with the broken neck goes, if he ran from the cops and got taken down by them, it is just as much his fault he got injured as it is the cops.

Your logic is terrible and you can't even see it. That is how brainwashed you are.

"If some jackass runs a red light, hits my car, and I get a broken arm as a result"

"Or do I have to go into a whole detailed story about it?"

yes, that whole detailed sentence of a story.

and this right here wouldn't pass any philosophical argument, clearly you down blue pills everyday. Ignorance is bliss huh?

Why is the dude stupid and brainwashed? Guy gets his neck broke after fleeing from the cops because he broke the law.

Bad sh*t happens when you break the law and resist arrest. And if I'm wrong about that then I guess I must be stupid too.

Brooks thinks career criminals always deserve the benefit of the doubt and excuses should made be for their stupid actions.

The guy that died as a result from a broken neck had run-ins with the Police 20 times since 2007. It was just a matter of time before things didn't end well.

You must be the sorriest excuse for a human being. Police restraint? They severed his spine with a baton. Cops have become nothing more than boorish thugs, beating and shooting people every day all over this country with absolutely no need to. Sadly, it only seems to make the news when there's a racial element to it, but EVERYONE is getting killed by these scum. Whether it is Douglas Zerby or Sal Culosi, or any of the THOUSANDS of citizens brutalized by these uniformed filth. This doesn't even include all the money confiscation (theft) they are getting away with by scaring innocent citizens who don't know any better, or the people dying when their loved ones are speeding to get them to a hospital, only to get pulled over by some mid 20's trooper with the IQ of a waffle who instead of escorting them to the emergency room (as police would have done 20 yrs ago), they now make them sit in the car and wait (sadly, an asthmatic died in this very same way not too long ago). And unless the video tape is so damning (like when trooper Sean Groubert got arrested for shooting someone with no cause), the police and the DA's protect their own, even when the cop is clearly unfit for his profession.

Having dealt personally with sleazy cops, and being lucky enough to have had the satisfaction of embarrassing them in open court and beating every bogus charge they wanted to conjur up, I know that this new generation of troopers is just like many of the new generation of other citizens, cluelessly obedient, no free thinking skills, and emotionally on par with that of an 8th grader.

You make it seem like the cops were on patrol and just walked up and smacked him in the head. The man ran from them...they did not run him over, they did not shoot him, they did not tackle him and start kicking him in the head and curb stomping him.....they merely tackled him and as a 150 pound guy running on concrete areas from anyone...a fall is gonna hurt pal. So yes, restraint was shown...this wasn't flag football rules. The guy ran, how else were they supposed to stop him? Answer those two child level questions here....who initiated the whole thing? How were they to stop him if not by tackling him?

    honestly, are you penetrating stupid?

because your "child level" question doesn't help your point if you had two brain cells and maybe took part in at least one philosophy argument, logical debate or critical thinking class.

    "who initiated the whole thing?"

perfect quote for people like him, it isn't their morals but just weakness in their psyche.

Sorry but you're factually wrong on this one pal. As stated by the police and Justice Dept admits so far, in high crime areas if you run unprovoked (holding contraband and see the police turn on your block so you bolt to try and avoid detection/suspicion) the police need only meet the burden of Reasonable Suspicion and not probable cause to detain you further under the 4th amendment search/seizure subject.

Whether you agree morally or not, until that law is changed, the police did NOTHING wrong in this specific case....keep that in mind, don't lump this with Trayvon or Mike Brown as others are trying to do.

Lets be clear. Crystal clear, if the man injured his neck - as everyone suggests so far- in the chase and subsequent fall/tackle on the pavement then thats ultimately on him for running. Now separate that from once he's in the van being transported....if a cop pulls him down and breaks his spine/neck while in custody....I'll side with you and say that cop should be prosecuted.

    lol

except for the fact even if that law was on the books or not, they would have still chased him and you would still find another way to warp reality. Sheep. Always looking for justification, common trait of sheep. If that law wasn't on the books you would be saying that same irrelevant information kermit did "he had 20 prior charges." You sheep will find something to help your psyche not panic at the thought of the police state.

I was raised in history class, not the army. I was told to use my brain critically as opposed to limiting it. "As stated by the police and Justice Dept admits," the fact that is the basis of your argument is a joke. Ever open a history book before? You think just because a law says something it is justified? No wonder the "I felt my life was in danger" comment works on you sheep so well.

    remember this guy?

guess what the cops grounds were for justification of this was?... felt their life was in danger, case closed everybody!! itchypickle says nothing to see here, the cops and the justice department knows what is best.

Hey you know another law that is on the books, it's called obamacare. You must love it, it is the law! Now fall in line everybody; left, right, left.

    Run? Run from what?

His criminal history involved everything from multiple drug possession arretses to assault.

The guy was scheduled to appear in court for a recent arrest.

Keep making excuses for these bad guys. I am sure they'll come to your aid when you need it.

Keep making excuses for these bad guys. I am sure they'll come to your aid when you need it.
I know exactly what they were since I have the list, now stop being a coward and post them. I know why you won't, however, you might not even be smart enough to realize why you shouldn't. I'm probably giving you too much credit.

I'm not making excuse for the bad guys, I'm the one using logic to show you who they bad guys really are. Unfortunately you are too far gone in your sheep mentality. That is why you think "drug possession" is a crime. It is job security, if you weren't a sheep you'd see that. Instead it easier for people like you to just swallow the blue pill, that is why that Sagan quote applies to you directly.

Brooks it is comical for you to think that if the cops come strolling down the street and a guy takes off running that they are not going to pursue him.

I guess the cops should just avoid these areas and let the people there do what they want.

Do you know who is calling the cops in these high crime areas? I got a clue for you, it isn't white people. The cops are doing more in the black community than ANYONE else and all they get is shit.

Only a sheep would hear a story about a criminal getting arrested and sustaining injuries and automatically assume that the cops are to blame without any facts what so ever.
