    C'mon man.

He ran because that is the criminal-minded thing to do.

In the week after Gray died at least 14 people in that area got shot and 1/2 of them are now dead. And the cops had nothing to do with any of it. It's a high crime area and bad things are going to happen.

Could stop the VAST majority of that with a stroke of a pen yet I'm sure more cops will really help... not like every data point out there says otherwise.

I'll cut this real short cause obviously getting no where.

You sheep will find something to help your psyche not panic at the thought of the police state.

I was raised in history class, not the army. I was told to use my brain critically as opposed to limiting it. "As stated by the police and Justice Dept admits," the fact that is the basis of your argument is a joke. Ever open a history book before? You think just because a law says something it is justified? No wonder the "I felt my life was in danger" comment works on you sheep so well.

    remember this guy?

guess what the cops grounds were for justification of this was?... felt their life was in danger, case closed everybody!! itchypickle says nothing to see here, the cops and the justice department knows what is best.

Hey you know another law that is on the books, it's called obamacare. You must love it, it is the law! Now fall in line everybody; left, right, left.
For someone who criticizes others for lack of critical and independent thinking....look at your own posts man.

I'm fairly consistent. Have agreed in certain incidents with police wrongdoing that yes...they were in the wrong and should be held accountable. But you, are 100% anti-police. See the difference? You take a half dozen incidents of wrongs out of hundreds of thousands of police conduct daily that is the other way and claim it to be an absolute. You need to ponder that. I'm guessing if a guy car jacks a woman in a Honda and pistol whips her in the road, takes off with a toddler in the car and tosses the baby out of the moving car and then runs into a school fence injuring other kids then flees....fires back at police but once surrounded and out of rounds is tackled and breaks his nose on the pavement.....you'll say he should have just been allowed to take the car and the cops should go to death row for breaking his nose

Obamacare, sorry don't like it and don't have to use it. And before you bring it up, I've posted before on the topic yes I have access to 'govt health care' with the VA benefits but avoid it 90% of the time because of the inefficiency or the fact that most procedures are farmed out to private practices or other hospitals. The other 10% of the time is because a VA approved primary care physician has to sign off on a past injury before a specialist can continue follow ups and get it covered through insurance.

thank you for bringing that up, again, if you had logically thought about you wouldn't but thanks

Those videos are exactly how they indoctrinate these young pigs coming through the force. The scare them with videos that are mathematical outliers. You even said it yourself, how many 100,000 stops a day?

You don't judge something by the extreme yet that is why these cops think their life is more important than yours now. The exact videos you show are what is used to brainwash cops.

Guess what, if you want to be a cop... the job is dangerous. Simple logic tells you that. Training cops with videos showing things that mathematically are likely to NEVER happen to them yet implied could be any stop... Police state sheepy, right from the playbook.

and we haven't even touched on the Iraq War's role in all this. Which I can't imagine where you stand on it based on your blind support for a union group that is crushing your liberties.

The govt doesn't know best...not at all. I don't lump local police or Sheriff Offices in with my DC political ideology man. Big difference. Its stupid to go tit for tat on police vs criminal fights because they both happen daily you are correct but like I've said over and over again...a guy just going about his daily business not breaking any laws probably won't become one of the statistics. So yes there are power hungry cops out there but way more power hungry thugs so I'm okay with being blue lighted for rolling through a red light because I'm going home that day since I won't choose to jump out swinging on an armed cop.

Not saying at all I agree with Obamacare or the VA system as it is modeled currently. I don't 'support it' but because I've got service connected injuries in order to get my private insurance to cover services they require a referral from a primary care provider under the VA since while you are on active duty you are under a total classification as far as eligibility and rules so a private insurer won't even touch a coverage until its submitted first and signed off on. Should that be changed? Absolutely I would say yes. But until then, makes more sense for me to call and request the appointment, walk in and get the form then schedule the private physician and get in and out vs bitching about it which does no good.

well there is your problem because you should. Who do you think they are an extension of?

Cops enforce laws(lol I originally said cops follow laws... haha), your DC man creates them.

Again, there is only 1 main reason drugs are illegal. Your cops need a job and your DC man wants a donor.

Of course being shot is going to be rare, but only takes once to have it happen and bye bye. But going hands on with people happens a few times a week so in order to not be beaten to death or injured by a crazy ex at a domestic call or apprehending someone caught robbing a gas station...its better to be the victor than be the cop who tells the out of his mind guy on Spice 'he buddy, lets sit down here and drop out knife and just talk about House of Cards while you come down off that high okay? Or a similar to Freddie Gray's case, should the police have just said 'damn bro, you got speed, okay well we'll wait here until you're done with your daily cardio and Michelle's Get Moving cause then you'll come back and see us and we'll ask you why you have a knife in your belt, running from a drug house that caused you to be arrested and convicted of possession of heroin in the past because we arrested you on those too...so whenever you're ready and have time, come see us?

As you said, policing is a dangerous profession....you deal with assholes...and assholes get treated a little differently than soccer moms.

or... they could just make drugs legal

    but what would happen then?

BILLIONS in funding gone. 10's of thousands of jobs no longer needed. DEA bye, bye.

didn't see your previous post. But yes, that is why it appears I hate cops. I don't individually but anyone is naive if you think "cops" would be all for losing their jobs and funding which is exactly what would happen if drugs were legalized. Their union leaders make this very clear to them which is why even police are donors to keeping drugs illegal. No conflict of interest there at all.

If cops really cared about their life so much they would go on strike until all drugs were legalized, simple logic. The majority of their deaths are directly related to drugs being illegal and they know this, there is plenty of cops who are intelligent about this. Even one of the top dogs at the DEA(one of the originals under Reagan) made it clear the war on drugs has failed and at this point is nothing but a ponzi scheme.

Plus, it gets annoying as hell every time you talk against police automatically "you hate cops." And want to know something hilarious, you should appreciate this because you know my stance, you know what I get on other websites I post at when I post against police because they don't know my views at large?

"you obama supporter, you love blacks"

lol... I think that is all the evidence I need that I am right in the middle on this, everyone else is on the extremes.

You're correct. Common sense says look at the days of Capone and others from prohibition days of alcohol..banning things just creates bad actors to profit from it which leads to violence and far more dire consequences.

Sorry but this "justice for Freddie Gray" narrative just got even more insane on CNN if you are taking sides on the whole deal.

They bring on 'Snoop' from The Wire as an expert on streets of Baltimore since she is famous for her TV role but also her real life story. Apparently she knew Gray well before his arrest and death. She comes on and is heralded for her character and her tough breaks in life...she came from the streets of Balty and was convicted for murder at age 14! Then plays a hard killer on The Wire glorifying the lifestyle and about how 'they just trying to do they thang in the hood but the police be all up in they hustle' so the Cops are bad because of intervening in crack sales and gang murders

Once you get past that you realize that you have a convicted murderer as a character reference who says she liked to hang with Freddie Gray in the city and when asked 'what type of man was he?' her portrait was that he was a great dude, just liked to laugh all the time. Can't believe he was just killed by police for no reason, such a sweet guy. Have to remember, well the ones of us who like all the facts of a story at least, Gray had 20 prior arrests/charges....spent time in prison for distribution, intent to sell, possession, assault, larceny...he's been convicted before, plead out on others, paroled and violated that parole status by getting caught with sales again but wasn't sent back to state pen yet because pending cases still to be decided on top of them and was actually due in court this week for one of 4 current cases against him.

Take away all the protests and media love again and just ask yourself....was this someone you'd want to hang out with or have your kids associating with? Was he REALLY just a sweet dude who loves to laugh?

Thats why its so laughable to see these guys on the street protesting saying 'our kids can't even walk outside for fear a cop will shoot them' yet before they make it to the protest the next day, their family member has been killed by another thug they know....and they mourn and then go back to protesting police as the threat.

I'm not sure what's worse...Having children you can't afford then taking off and not paying a dime, leaving that child to become the same exact thing you are, keeping the cycle going. **If you did pay child support, maybe the mother wouldn't have to be out whoring to pay for her 300 dollar rent and the child would have some type of parental supervision, so the kid wasn't a piece of shit when grown up**

    Or

Cops shooting that piece of shit, so he didn't father anymore children that would grow up and be pieces of shit just like him.

Tough call if you ask me.

But really, what's BS is this guy not paying child support, probably with multiple kids. It is BS he was shot for something stupid, but it's just as much BS in my eyes to father children you can't support just so they can continue to repeat the cycle or end up being another one of those kids with zero respect for anything.

you think they'll let him walk? do you think when these pieces of shit like Zimmerman and others kill these black folk starting go fund me accts and "we support ________ " signs sends the right message? Hint it doesn't turns out Zimmerman is a piece of shit like most people with common sense knew from the jump. we'll talk about accountability after the result.

Cops shooting that piece of shit, so he didn't father anymore children that would grow up and be pieces of shit just like him.

so you hate poor people is what you're saying or black people not sure which one maybe both? You talk about Mr scott like hes a piece of shit but he was ex coast guard working as a forklift driver and studying to be a message therapist You don't know if hes taking care of his kids or not just because you aren't paying child support doesn't mean you aren't taking care of your kids. Theres a lot of unknowns so probably shouldn't generalize.

Zimmerman turned out to be a trashy dude and will probly end up suicidal in 5 years from the financial and emotional toll but he didn't murder Trayvon as the narrative went. So the verdict was the right one.

I do believe the Charleston cop will get a few years in jail. No murder verdict but definitely manslaughter.

A lot of these are tough calls and we are not in the situation but many do use over aggression meaning the cops

The guy running away and shot in the back should be a 25 year prison sentence

The choke hold the New York City also I think should be a 15 year sentence for the cop

I don't know what happened in the Baltimore one

Everyone could've been avoided if the suspect just put his hands behind his back without resistance

    You sure?

Despite what critics are calling an acute improbability with an implausible explanation, Arkansas officials have ruled the death of a 21-year-old man a suicide after he was found shot in the back of a police cruiser — even though he was handcuffed from behind and had been searched twice for weapons.

Witnesses were at the scene and corroborated the with the cop's story. The guy killed himself because he didn't want to go back to jail.

HERE is an updated article with all of the answers.

Sounds like we have finally found a place to put all the Wall Street criminals!

I have no sympathy for a criminal with 20 arrest on his record getting injured running away from the police.

The same people that's defending this criminal let me ask your question. Would you fear for your wife's/daughters security if they were walking 3am at night and Freddie gray was the only person standing on that street with no police in the area?

badthings happen to bad people. Let's save the protest for the next black male that actually deserves our sympathy. Because Freddie gray was a low life scumbag that breaks into innocent people's houses and sells drugs to underage kids.

If he was taking care of his kids then the mother wouldn't file for unpaid child support. Can we stop defending these criminals? My grandparents moved to this country in the 70's after a civil war break out in their native county. They came to this country with $20 on their hands. Lived in the worst of the worst ghetto in the dc area and pulled themselves out. I don't buy the excuse theirs no opportunity in the hood but criminal activity. Fathering children you cannot raise should be a bigger punishment then drugs in my opinion. They don't add any value to our society.

But the question remains, did Mr. Scott deserve to be murdered in the way that he was?
