    It's state by state, some states require that you have to show that you weren't able to retreat before using deadly force, most states if you can show that you were afraid for your safety and life, you have the right to shoot.. If it's a "fist fight" most states won't buy it, but if the assailant was also with a crowd and etc it can pass as assailants in numbers can show that you were afraid of your safety and life.. Most kids who do that shit is usually with a crowd so the shooter in most states will walk away clean

    Rather not see anyone die but if it that's what it takes so be it. That women in the vid that was jacked in back of the head and fell was really disturbing. People have died being victimized like this and it's senseless.     played it in high school, where it was really the "kick ass on dumb rednecks from Auqu Dulce"game, as it usually happened at the redneck dances held at the High Chapparal night club near robstown, just outside of Corpus.....

    stare at a drunk redneck like you want some shit, he'll fall into that trap almost immediately, come at you (yes, JJ "come at me bro" Gold, this game could've got you in trouble back in the day), and you, having stayed sober for a reason, knock the living shit out of the advancing redneck............

    Played it at the Dixie Chicken in undergrad, once put our starting right tackle out for two weeks during football season when I was forced to clock his advancing ass with an empty pitcher of beer......

    in high shcool it once caused me and another guy to have to fight the entire 12th grade of the Auga Dulce High School.... we won
