    Going To Dentist Tomorrow For A Cavity

    I'm pretty scared as I have never gone. My tooth chipped from it so I need a filling. Has anyone ever had one? How many weeks long is the recovery process?

    depends on your dentist.

    i have had some pretty shitty dentist and many dentist are money hungry scumbags like Eli Manning.

    i've had dentist that every fukkin time i go see them they say i have 4 cavitys so i fukk you bitch you aint going near my mouth with a drill...so i stopped going to that stupid fukk and went a new dentist and been going there for 2 years now and no mention of a cavity.

    some dentist offices are so bad they even make your teeth hurt for a week straight after getting a routine teeth cleaning.

    however to answer your question Seaweed the intiial shot of novacaine may hurt but then that is supposed to numb you up so you dont feel pain. You still feel pressure and slight stabbing pain though and teeth are usually sensitive for a couple months after.

    its all a big scam though.. i had 1 dentist who kept using the poor quality fillings on purpose knowing they wouldnt last long so he could re-drill a few years later.

    if you find a good dentist , then nothing they do should be painful.

    I had a cavity replaced a couple of years ago. The dentist told me that I should refrain from posting online for a full year afterward as a precaution. It worked out well for me, so you should probably heed this warning as well. One year. No posting. Better to be safe than sorry.
