If you're asking questions about Vegas you have no business going

It's the Time of technology and there's an unreal amount of information On Google about Las Vegas and any other thing in the world you want to do

If you're a gambler and asking questions about Las Vegas I advise you not to go and stop gambling

There is no such thing as the best book as there are 25 best books

No such thing as the best hotel or best eateries or best clubs other is 25 of them

This is not the stone ages

What I do know is people that visit Las Vegas are mostly unprepared and don't get the most out of their trip

It's a way bigger area than you think

Corbin sometimes people search information in a smaller circle of people like SBR instead of googling thru a fukkton of reviews, way easier to filter info.

Like I would absolutely disregard what illiterate 1st shift jj has to say about vegas but would take into consideration what another poster has to say about their experiences there

problem with google searches as best info current info and accurate is nowhere to be found. the search words the hidden stuff on web sites to get google hits on first few pages makes finding the specific info you need next to impossible especially compared to real time info from posters in and around vegas or recently there..

try to do a google search on where you can find a free and stable WIFII signal inside a vegas sportsbook.

try to do a google search on what sportsbooks or racebooks have nice looking and friendly waitresses and some free drinks if your playing there.

try to do a google search on what shows next week you could bundle up in a package deal

try to do a google search on what coffee shops or places on or around the strip are open all night and have a WIFII signal

    google worthless for those..

Posters give wrong info here about Vegas and Sportsbooks

    Tourists DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING

A guy like Fishhead is an exception as he is current and knows the City inside and out

A poster that visits a few times just does not know the answers

In this day and age WIFI IS WIDELY available and free at almost every book

There are no free drink tickets either betting sports unless your a big bettor meaning at least $200 at dive books and over $500 better books
Those days are over with free drinks at a sportsbook

Sit and play slots for nickles and get all free drinks you want plus tip

Its why you do not see waitresses making much money in a sportsbook..most do not bet a lot to get them

Was in Vegas last weekend and I drank at a sportsbook all day free. So you are wrong. Hint: Its the biggest sportsbook and the hotel just changed names. Google works too.

Another vegas tip: Bring a collapsible cooler into the sportsbook. Works great. Refill if necessary.

If you're not betting and somehow swindling drink tickets you will be thrown out of the sports book if caught

Vegas has done a lot of cost cutting the last five years

    I like the cooler idea

Mix a pint of Taaka ($4) with a two liter bottle of RC ($1) and you can drink for most of the day for five bucks. The cheapest drinks are always your own.

    False

Just remember to ask for drink tickets when you place your wager at the window

Usually minimum $100 bet, if the guys working at the window aren't stiffs sometimes they'll toss you a couple. Just don't be a dick and they'll usually hook you up

    Vegas sucks

A thousand better places to go to for gambling. Places that have FREEKING beaches, better service, better natives, better taxi drivers, more to do, better food, less scum and opportunists looking to separate you from something.

Been going to Vegas for 40 years, since I was 10 years old used to hang out at the Old Rose Bowl betting horses with my dad security would say nothing oh how great Las Vegas was try that today. The last 10 years I have avoided the strip like the plague. think people like to ask fellow posters because I think they may get a more honest answer. Google searches suck most of the time because people have one bad thing happen then the place will get bad reviews.Fiesta Henderson is my favorite place.Like I have said many times a decent room the waitresses in the Sports Book have always treated me well.I forget her name but there Is a little Asian women who works in the sports book and for the last 3 or 4 years always remembers my name same with Christina a waitress in the Mexican restaurant always treats me and m wife great.
