    I haven't played since I switched to a mac.

    But some posters have shared ways to play on a mac, so I may try it one of these days. Seems complicated though.

    SBR should really make poker Mac compatible. Lots of people on Macs now, so it only makes sense.

    jj, i do superslow training , . nobody should ever do a flat bench press unless they plan on competing in a flat bench press competition. Otherwise there is no use for it. Haven't done a flat bench press in years.

    I can incline 140 pound dumbells for ten reps however.

    I train for health , not to lift the heaviest weights i can use and damage the body which most people and athletes are doing today.

Anyways, I wish you all a good life and I hope all of you do well in it. It is time to move on to more important things in life and for me to grow up I guess. I had a god run. God bless.
