    I go for the most messed up looking ribeyes because of the cap. A one like this is a jackpot to me. And, what's great is these are often picked last because they don't fit the normal look for a ribeye.

    Ghenghis, they were not that expensive. Picked em up more because of opportunity. Driving home from cottage. Saw a small town butcher with inflatable pig. Bought steaks.

    That's about as high as it gets here though. Can find fillet for half that price normally.

    Would never spend that normally when we can get great steak for $15/kg but a friend was supposed to come for dinner on Friday but stood me up. I'm glad now. That one was bloody awesome thanks to the cooking advice from MiW. mmmmmmmmmm
