    drinking when you have a cold?

    does it make you feel worse or better?

    cant really find much info on it on the net

    some say dont. some say it doesnt matter

    any ideas?

    You will "feel" better but in regards to your immune system, you are doing it harm.

    It's the same when you drink when it's cold outside and you feel warm when in actuality your core is dropping in temperature.

    I don't see anything good coming out of it. There's no benefits, it may not necessarily make you feel worse at the time, but it certainly won't help the situation.

    im doing it cause i have no prozac "loaded" so to speak

    so im bored. dont even want to gamble

    once this cold kicks ill start to workout and life will return

    my cold starting to go away

    light beer
    gatorade
    tons of vitamins
    tuna sandwiches
    naps

    been doing this and yes you can drink a bit but not too much
