    Why Do People in the US Look So Much Older Than People In Canada (Especially 16-23)

    I never understood this but it is true. This is very visual for ages 16-23. People in the USA look much older for their ages. Take high school/college students in the USA and compare them to the average students of the same age in Canada and they will look much more older. Why?

    Too many processed foods, energy drinks, artificial sweeteners, trans fats, salt/sodium, coffee, bad carbs, alcohol, cigarettes, sun exposure, hormone additives, GMO's, stress, and all nighters.

    Recently they did an experiment on this very thing and found out the number 1 reason for accelerated aging was stress from watching favorite hockey teams playing stanley cup playoff hockey in May

    They have an abundance of those things in both countries. I have never noticed this myself but it could be because of the dairy product differences with additives. This could have started when that age group specified were youths.
