    just filed a complaint form this morning

    how long does it usually take for complaints to get worked out

    how long before sbr usually gets back to you

    how do they communicate? email or forum pm?

    It varies depending on how many complaint forms our administration receives, but as soon as admin reviews your complaint they will be in contact with you.
