    Question for those of you who do YOGA?

    Can you gain lean muscle aka get ripped or cut from doing Yoga?

    just curious i am thinking about getting in to this.

    I heard its a good way to clear your head

    Bear, Ive tried it for about 4 months now. Wife has noticed definition in shoulders, legs. Plenty of youtube and ipad apps to get you started

    One reason and one reason only to do Yoga: TO GET PUSSY, and only if you're in a slump.
    Anything else you're pretty much on the homo side.
    Yoga is for women who don't want to exercise but still say they work out.

    You wanna meditate and clear your head? Go hiking. Best form of doing it.
    You're out in the fresh air, by yourself if you want, and you're doing some cardio as well as getting some leg, calf definition.
    I used to carry weighted backpacks and ankle-weights when I got really into it.

    Depending on the level of intensity it can be great for burning fat, staying slim, and increasing flexibility.

    However if your looking to get ripped, your gonna need to do something that involves weights..
