    dog has cancer on spleen what should i do?

    she is 8 years old and vet said it will cost 1000 bucks but probally will cost more once its time to pay these criminal penetrates .Anyone know if this surgery is even worth it for this dog

    lots of vets places give out low rate loans for animal surgery, something to look into. I would do it for my dog

    1,000 dollars at age 8? Whats the hesitation?

    My dog is 11 and I just spent 1500 to take a growth off his back. He is acting like hes six years old. I didnt test the growth because Im not going to put an 11 year old through chemo......get it removed and see if it returns.

    I have had dogs all my life and never understood why people pay crazy amounts of money to vets. Dog has cancer, let dog go. Buy new dog. Is the vet offering chemo after the surgery? How does he know it isn't matasticising?

    she is bleeding in her belly and will her if its not done.but if they open her up they might have to put her down if the cancer spread.This might cost like 3-4k

    Not good man. Time to make a decision. Can't have her suffer. My 9 year old lab had lymphoma a few years ago. Dog was at my side ever hour of the day. Vets gave her about 3 months to live without treatment. I ended up getting her treatment and she lasted another 14 months. Probably ended up costing around 5k over that period of time...best 5k I ever spent though.
