More casinos mean sports betting is eventually going to be allowed and trips to Vegas or online gambling will no longer be necessary.

If you think I'm wrong, then tell me how long do you think Vegas will be able to keep it's monopoly on sports gambling?

I never said you were wrong because all I'm saying is the more casinos the more profits for everyone wouldn't you agree?

I don't agree with you often but being from Harrisburg I wouldn't mind taking weekend trips to Philly and making them mini-Vegas trips.

    I agree with you.

I wasn't trying to argue, just to make a point.

Pretty clear to me that Vegas' days are numbered.

I know your not trying to argue and while the obvious appears to be possibly true from untrained eye however, I do feel their is much growth left for the desert land IMHOO, sir.

Exactly, bro. Why go all the way to Vegas when you could go to Philly?

    Philly has....

    better food

    better restaurants

    incomparable history of the US

    incredible original architecture

    phenomenal walking city

    most passionate sports fans

TONS of bars with great food

most variety of belgian beers outside of belgium itself

Philly is basically a party waiting for you

you would have far more fun OUTSIDE of the casino in Philly than in Vegas as well as enjoy gambling on sports.

Now, here's the drawbacks compared to Vegas...

    Vegas has.....

    hotter chicks

Well I'm not sure that would be the case because everyone will have their own version of the best one IMO, sir.

Thinking online casinos will be in PA very soon. Corbet will follow where Rendell left off.

    Philadelphia population - 1,548,000

    Las Vegas population - 596,000

Not that it's something to brag about, but Vegas is more dangerous than Philly. Also, as any Philly resident knows, those murders are confined to neighborhoods where you and I don't belong.

Books are not revenue generators in Vegas. You guys overestimate their worth. Feds will drag feet on legal sports wagering for years and who the hell would want to go to Philly for a vacation?

Philly has millions of visitors every year. Obviously, you don't know Philly, Grits.

More history here than any other city in the US. That alone makes it worth a visit.
