How in God's name could that possibly be someone hanging that from a rope?
First of all, the object must be many hundreds if not thousands of feet in the air.
Where would they hang the rope from?
Secondly, this made news all over the world when it happened.
Not like some fake shit a bunch of kids decided to play to put on youtube.

The spiral is a projection, preferably a holographic one. To make it appear in the sky you need some kind of background to project it on. I would say smoke would do the trick. Now those are my thoughts before I finished watching the video. Now is it a coincidence towards the end of video, there's some kind of tower in the bottom left corner releasing smoke? Also notice the background of the spiral is foggy. Watch the video again and keep everything I've said in mind.
