    I would have to say Colorado...beautiful all year around/ Mountains-- and the dope is super cheap if thats where some of your income goes now

    If given the choice of living in Detroit or Philadelphia, it would be close.

    Philadelphia has horrific public schools and it's damn near bankrupt.

    There is not a single reason to ever live in such a shit hole. Unless like Philly, you've never left and just don't know any better.
