    rural is best.

    i go run & hike in fresh air every day and can go fishing in nearby lakes. i can even see the shooting stars at night. every home here sits on acres and acres of land so dont have to live right next door to some noisy ahole playing loud music all day.

    traffic is bad only if you have to drive somewhere...bike and walk is always an option
