I used a song as an example. How is this complicated?

    You want 100 more examples?

I think .. in all honesty. Whats happening here is YOU are not gettin the point.

I dont care how many people say its this or that.

Its used on the regular around here for the exact meaning of child or kid.

Now can we drop this because its fukkin embarrassing to argue about something like this .

Isnt that the whole reason why slang and "urban terminology " even came about.

Look up what a "L" means online. You will find over 20 dif meanings if not more.

Why do you think its called slang in the first place.

Because of its multi usage pertaining to each persons own way of talking amongst eachother .

Who the hell tries to criticize something like that... or say a slang word has one meaning

You know what, you're right. In Kenya they would not use shorty this way. Because like you, Kenyans do not understand English. I was referring to the English speaking world here. Obviously that was a mistake. I bet Italians also don't use shorty that way.

I lived in vegas for years and years.....loved the place. Fine for families too. Don't listen to the hype. You better be prepared for the hot weather months.......June-Sept....cause, it's really hot....other than that...best place on earth to live, imo.

I've lived in Vegas for over 15 years. Unless you live on the Strip, which very, very few people do, it's a typical city. The heat isn't that big of deal unless you are in the sun for awhile or if you have to park your car outside for a long period. I sweated more in Dallas cutting my lawn than I do in Vegas. I have never had to shovel snow from my driveway as I did in St. Louis. I have yet to skid on ice and hit another car.

No state income tax is nice, legal gambling is nice. Traffic has really gotten a lot better with improvements to the highways and a completed beltway around the city. Economically, the city and state are reliant too much on tourism. Don't have to pay tax on services, such as auto repair. No difference in raising kids in Vegas than any other city.
