Look more into massages. Deep Tissue. Have the massage therapist concentrate more along the butt area... I forget what the massage therapist told me... I don't know if it's the oblique muscle? Or a muscle near there it starts from the side... goes to lower back and near sciatic nerve. She does this arm bar technique where she massages your lower back on size... to your ass... with immense pressure. You feel like sh#$ for about 24 hours afterwards... but miraculously the pain is gone until you injure the area again.

Maybe some daily stretching bear? Also weak abs may cause lower back pain as well.

Fukkin bad back can really be a debilitating condition. Gotta find a way to work through the pain and strengthen your core.

Try with a few basic ab contracting movements after you blaze and work slowly from there. You are going to have to strengthen. Can't do shit for skeletal structure but any strengthening will help even if only moderate.

Pretty much my story too. Mine is my upper back/neck. Had my c-5,c-6 and c-7 replaced because of pinched nerves in my arm.

Driving makes my sciatic nerve go nuts. Used to be way worse when I carried a fat ass wallet in my back pocket.

Aren't you black? Its probably that four pound summer sausage you have to lug around all day.

You ain't never heard the saying "being black is hard on the back"?

You could try making a sling out of a pillow case or something. Anything to relieve the constant pressure.

Try wearing a weightlifting belt to keep the back straight. I will do the same thing.
