If I didn't need algebra to get a degree in actuarial science, why would I need it to mapquest? And what does Mapquest have to do with anything?

    And no...that picture isn't me. I thought you said I"m 5'3, anyways?

isn't actuarial science a branch of mathematics? Wouldn't basic algebra be an essential to any mathematics degree?

It's not a branch, no. There's definitely a lot of math involved though. Have to take calc 1 and 2 freshman year of undergrad and that's pretty much it for "math" courses. Linear algebra is recommended but not required at most schools that offer the major. After that it's lower level stats and then math stats (upper level as far as undergrad is concerned). Most the actuarial exams are fine to just use the study manual for. You definitely will be lost without calculus but you don't really need algebra at all, if I had to guess. I'm perfectly fine w/ algebra...took all the courses when I was supposed to. But if someone was to not have algebra knowledge I'd think they could still get through calc just fine, and subsequently actuarial exams too.

    LOL.

First of all I'm already banned from Aria as has been the case for quite a while.

Secondly, who the hell is Adam? An escrow is someone we both agree on. If you want to work that out you can PM me. If you really want to do this, I'll wager as much as you want. 10k sound good? We're getting a contract for this and then escrowing the money. Anyone well known on 2p2 you know or any online/circuit MTT regs?

Not trying to be argumentative, but algebra is crucial in order to pass calculus. Most of calculus is algebra steps.

So this person you met who knows me SO well said that I didn't ever go to college (previously), I'm 5'3 and I'm a community college student. Right?

I've never taken a community college course in my life and I'm not taking any currently, dumbass.

I haven't been to Vegas since July and I am not gonna be there this summer because of work unless they give me time off to play the main, so that's not gonna work. And we can prove this without video. Why won't you name MTT regs that you know? We can figure out a way to prove who's right here after the money is escrowed.

And my PMs are turned off.

Quit changing the subjects and name some MTT regs you know.

yeah, there is a reason every single college in the nation requires students to master algebra before they allow them to take calculus. College algebra and precalc are both supposed to be mastered prior to taking MAC2311 or the easier calc classes.

Why are you avoiding naming MTT regs you know? Scared to find an escrow? Scared to actually put up money because you know you're gonna lose the bet?

You said "Name the price." Now you seem you aren't so sure you want to actually go forward with the bet. Why?

Hilarious how you said you met someone at Aria who is "very familiar with me" when there's a 0% chance you met anyone who even half-way knows me OR the person you think I am that would tell you any of this stuff you're claiming is true. Because it's not for either of the two.

There is no reason to. You prove that you know nothing about calc by claiming it does not require algebra to solve calc problems.
