    Yes it is. I own a retail business and my processor reports to IRS how much money was put into our account

    Yes, it's about all businesses. Not even gambling related. I own a business. The processor reports what the terminal dumps in your business (bank) account... so that you can't hide cash. So, when you balance end of the year numbers... everything jives together.
