    mayans "end of the world" is being ignored

    is it just me or did it seem like the media couldnt stop talking about the last end of the world, predicted by harold camping in may 2011, and this one is being backburnered? maybe the tragedy of newtown has completely overtaken this as it should, but still it seems kinda odd. only thing ive really seen to acknowledge this is the sbr tournament on friday night.

    I have been thinking similar thoughts, that tooooooooo many people are saying that nothing is going to happen. I am afraid that just like in gambling, when tooooooooo many people say one side is the play that they are wrong. If I had to make a wager, my guess is that something happens. I am trying to convince myself that it does not need to be a bad thing like that I wake on Fri morning and there is some sweet cannibis growing in my yard and that the wine and women are free.
    Good luck men, after watching for too long the world going to shit, I sometimes hope that the end of our time here is over. Give the planet back to the plants and animals.

    do you care to elaborate? supposedly they have been pretty accurate in their predictions up to this point, i just find it odd the media gave so much attention to camping and his followers last may and no one wants to talk about this when its 5 days away.
