Posts on here about Ohio is most of what I know about the state, and from that had image of poor people, cheap looking housing and plenty of crime.

Cincinnati is nice but I'd lean Columbus first, then Cleveland more for the people and sports. There's some areas of Cinci that you don't want to be caught dead in. ROUGH x100. Cleveland used to have a lot of those areas but it's cleaned up a bit.
