Jay, have you seen Doug Polk? Guy lost a ton of weight for a Weight Loss bet.

Polk wound up losing narrowly. I think Polk set the cutoff for the bet incorrectly.

Polk was trying to CUT HIS Body Fat % in half. 27.0% to 13.5%. Got to 15.0% but LOST.

Polk should have set it to LOSE half his body fat POUNDS. He would have made it.

Something like .27 of 240 to start. 65 pounds Body Fat.

Polk got to .15 of 200 (approximately). 30 pounds Body Fat.

Trying to cut half your body fat % is crazy. He should have based it on Lbs.
