I agree but maybe the "intoxication" factors into the decision? When you're buzzed you yell instead of talk and are more amorous.

The thing is if they just followed exactly what Canada did, they would have closed the bars for a few more weeks and have cases stay low.

Now they have to close down the bars for what another 4 to 8 weeks?

Also doesn't help that these millions of idiots were out protesting around the country.

Of course bars and inside restaurants should be closed. No friggin brainer. If you are indoors with others you need to wear a mask at all times. Not happening in bars and restaurants.

Live in Fla. Cases have soared because people stopped social distancing. You have these stupid protests....which, I'm sorry if you disagree, but they are stupid. We have social distancing measures in place but yet you're allowed to gather together for BLM and parade around the city and then spread the virus all around. We get our first amendment rights taken away for two months but then when it comes to protesting for BLM, we can mosh together and get the virus. Happy Corona, guys! Thanks for spreading it.

It's not all on the protest. The amount of people participating doesnt compare to people at the bars night after night no mask getting drunk looking at bartenders asses

Social distancing and (masks)face coverings with close proximity to people. Is the safest way for now. Things seem so divided, one side says the virus is nothing, the other side says we are doomed. We need more common sense which is somewhere in the middle. I feel your frustration. Just do your part. It`s all you can do. Stay healthy navyblue81.

It’s supply and demand plus taxes. For instance I live in a tourist beach city that has 15000 full time residents and this week 75000 tourists. We have maybe 5 dedicated grocery stores two being Walmart’s. When you close the restaurants like we did 2 months ago our grocery stores have no food on the shelves we had that problem two months ago with maybe 25000 tourists here

Then Fl has no income tax the state is dependent on what’s called a bed tax each tourist pays, so if you close the restaurants again we lose a lot of tourists and the cities and state can’t pay employees. It’s really that simple it’s all about money for the cities and state.

I’m under the belief Florida opened every thing back up to soon, it went from closed to wide open. Don’t believe the news saying we are 50% open that’s bs it’s fully open here, until today with the bars again jmo
